We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return.

To maintain the waterproofing of your jackets and pants, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle with specialized technical garment wash. Avoid fabric softeners and tumble dry on low heat to reactivate the DWR coating.

Does Volcom offer a warranty on products?
We stand behind our quality. Volcom provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 90 days on apparel and accessories, and up to 2 years on specialized outerwear.
